Blog:

I travel the world in search of stories about people, places, sounds, and nature that can be portrayed in my studio. Each of us sees the world differently through personal experience, which is why I strive to record my own experiences on paper, to freeze the moment in time.

Grey Process

November 12, 2015

Sometimes work can be very frustrating. Getting the desired result does not always happen, and sometimes there is nothing we can do but just tray again and again, in hope it will happen in the next attempt.  Its ok..not every painting is destined for the wall of fame, and thankfully there is no “art police” anywhere in my studio. So I decided to stop beating myself every time my painting drawing, or any art work piece is not perfect. In fact I find myself enjoying the process more then i have a few years ago. Yes #Doitfortheprocess! even if sometimes its grey. 'Grey City' was created through a process of trying new different greys, both cool and warm. You can view it in my shop.

Speaking about the process, there are some very exciting things happening behind the scenes! And I wish I could boast about it right now this very moment, but I have to be patient and dust the chairs for a little bit longer :) Be sure to sign up for my email list below this post to be the first to know!
